Where we are in Westchester
The academy sits on Coral Way (SW 24th Street) at SW 97th Avenue, one of the busier signalized intersections in the neighborhood. Westchester runs from SW 8th Street south to Bird Road, with the Palmetto Expressway along its eastern edge, and we are roughly in the middle of that stretch. Tamiami Park is about a mile straight west down Coral Way. There is parking on site, which matters more on Coral Way than people expect.

Classes run seven days a week, with early mornings before work and evening sessions after the Coral Way rush. There are adult no-gi classes, kids classes, and MMA on Fridays and Sundays. Open mat is free on weekends, which is the lowest-pressure way to see the room before committing to anything.
